Thank you for choosing The Studio Wagga, a luxury rural retreat where contemporary design meets the calm of the countryside. We hope your stay is both comfortable and deeply restorative.

Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, The Studio is equipped with a range of modern amenities to help you unwind and enjoy your time away from home. Below you’ll find details about the property, including access, parking, and inclusions for your stay.

Nestled adjacent to the main residence, The Studio is a standalone barnhouse-style dwelling, positioned to ensure a sense of peace and seclusion and to capture the stunning views of Wagga Wagga. Inside, you’ll enjoy complete privacy, with limited visibility from the main house. Please note that while the outdoor deck area is open to some view from the main house, it remains a tranquil spot to enjoy the surrounding landscape.

Within The Studio, you’ll notice the working art studio of resident artist Kate — visible through semi-private glass doors. This creative space offers a glimpse into the artistic process that inspires the property’s atmosphere. While the studio is not accessible to guests, please rest assured it will remain unused during your stay.

Featured through the studio are original artworks of Kate’s which you will find available to purchase via her website From The Paint Shed.

Access

To reach The Studio, turn into Kunzea Place from Dunns Road. After passing the first property on your right, take the next access street, The Studio is the third house on the right.

Please enter via the second driveway, keeping to the left-hand drive that leads down toward the lower shed. If you prefer not to reverse back up, there is ample space at the bottom to safely complete a three-point turn.

Parking

Guests are welcome to park on the right-hand side in front of the single garage door. Please note that access to the double garage is required for residents.

If you are travelling with an additional vehicle, kindly park along the roadside beside the fence.

Function & Event Parking

If you are preparing for an event and expecting additional daytime visitors, such as photographers, stylists, or bridal parties, you are welcome to use the full parking area in front of the double garage. The residents will ensure these spaces are available for your use.

We kindly ask that, in the evening, only one vehicle remain parked in front of the single garage door.

Entrance

To access the main entrance of The Studio Wagga, follow the pathway onto the pool deck and continue toward the sliding door at the end of the deck.

For external access to the bathroom, use the doorway located in the alcove along the deck. This separate entrance ensures both convenience and privacy during your stay.

Inclusions

Bedroom

The bedroom features a King-sized bed dressed in luxury linens, offering three pillow options for your perfect night’s sleep. Quiet, dark, and supremely comfortable, the space invites restful slumber. Early risers are rewarded with stunning sunrise views from the deck.

Ample storage is provided with both hanging and shelving space, as well as robes for each guest. Beach towels are also supplied should you wish to enjoy the pool.

Bathroom

The well-appointed bathroom offers a relaxing, easy-access shower (please note, there is no bath). Essentials such as a hair dryer and basic toiletries are provided, so you can travel light and still feel at home.

Living & Kitchen

The living and kitchen areas are designed for relaxation and convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, frying pan (note: no stove), and a coffee pod machine to fuel your mornings.

The living space includes a TV with access to the resident Netflix account — we ask that you use the guest profile during your stay.

Additional Amenities

For your convenience, cleaning supplies are available in the kitchen and bedroom cupboard for any unexpected spills. An iron and ironing board are also provided in the bedroom cupboard.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, with a gentle reminder to respect the residents’ privacy and keep noise to a minimum in the evenings.

Please note: in the very warm months, unfortunately we have a drop on water pressure due to living on an elevated site, particularly in the evenings. Low pressure may last for a couple hours. We apologise in advance if this causes any inconvenience during your stay.
